    Being grateful builds neuro pathways to feeling better. Use gratitude to change the way we view the world especially when it shows up unexpectedly.

    What we think we know doesn't get us the results we want. We need a better understanding of what we know to achieve our goals.

    I See

     

    We can use a vision board to help us see the end result. We can train our brain to visualize our dreams coming true.

    Session 4

    I Say

     

    Words tell us who we are and what we can do. We need positive affirmations to declare our focus and direction in life.

    Session 5

    I Feel

     

    Feelings create inspiration to help get us into action. We ask ourselves "why" we want our dreams to come true. Discover how emotion plays a role in our behavior.
